Caleb Williams created Peak Performance Weightlifting with one goal – To Improve Athletic Performance. I am determined to increase your results in any sport, weightlifting or powerlifting. I cater to serious athletes of any age who want results and know that the way to get there is through hard work, not sitting around in a fluff filled gym full of distractions and dreaming of being the best.

Our facility is designed to maximize your results and make you the strongest, fastest and most powerful athlete possible, while making you mentally tough and encouraging a well-rounded individual. You will also be under the watchful eye of Caleb, who not only trains serious athletes but stays on the cutting edge by being a competitive Powerlifter and Weightlifter for the past 14 years.

 Caleb offers 2 Types of Memberships to get Involved

           
This option is available with several options according to your frequency of Athlete Training Sessions with Caleb (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or just a Consultation). Through this program you receive Custom Designed Training Programs for you and your needs. The Program is designed with your Athletic Needs, Weaknesses, and Goals in mind. Your long term success is our goal.
 
 
 
This option is for Committed Athletes Only! I take your goals and put together a plan and a timeline that is guaranteed to succeed. This is a rare opportunity to train with like-minded athletes in a small group. Everyone in this group has to be accepted into the program after completing their trial session.
 
 
 
Who gets accepted into this Program?
 
At Peak Performance, Caleb takes very dedicated and motivated athletes and transforms them into superior, dominant, and mentally and physically tough competitors!
 
Once accepted into the program, I am committed to your full success and will give you the edge you need over your competition.
 
My goal is not to give you quick results in a month and end it there. I am committed to your long term development as an athlete, which includes improved flexibility, power, explosiveness, speed, mental toughness, injury prevention and a lot more!
 
Most of your competitors are already doing everything you have been doing…going out for a run, training off and on throughout the year at your health club and with your school, going to a sports camp or two.
 
I will give you the edge you need over them to enable you to crush them next time you meet on your field of battle.
 
I train athletes in small groups of like-minded individuals who are completely committed to their success. Working with a group like this improves performance, energy, and most importantly, RESULTS!
 
Carefully screening my athletes and parents ensures that I have athletes who are ready to be committed to their success and parents that will support them while trusting us and allow us to do what we do best…create superior athletes.
