Caleb Williams

I have been and am currently an active competitor and coach in strength sports since 1995. In 2002 I decided to help several athletes with strength training for their respective sports to improve their performance. After their success, I moved to open a personal training business for serious athletes and competitors in Duluth, GA. In the Spring of 2010 we relocated to Buford, GA and are enjoying our new facility!! Come check us out!

As a competitive and drug-free powerlifter for 12 years I accomplished:

1. 2 time IPF World Champion (67.5 kg class)
2. 2 time IPF World Silver Medalist
3. 9 Time National Champion
4. Hold World Records
5. Hold 17 American Records
6. #1 in World Rankings
7. Best lifts of 722 lb squat, 474 lb bench press, 600 lb deadlift, 1779 lb total

In 2006 I left powerlifting and began training for weightlifting with the aspiration to achieve my long time goal of competing in the Olympic Games. Competing in the 69 kg Class I have attained:

1. Senior National Champion
2. Senior National Silver Medalist
3. Placed 2nd in 69 kg class at 2008 Olympic Trials
4. World Championship Team USA Member
5. North American Open Champion
6. American Open Champion
7. Pan American Team Member
8. Best Lifts of a 127 kg Snatch and a 164 kg Clean and Jerk
